Everyone loved the ipod, so as soon as they heard of the iphone they had to buy it. With the 3g coming out sometime next year, I think we can expect the iphone to keep doing good. The iPhone & iTouch are really a platform. One that Apple could develop into generations of backward compatible products; much like the iMACs.
